The title's pretty self explainatory. This is what lies beneath the pleasant smile and the caring person Hakkai is on the outside. I have to admit, this turned out a LOT better than I'd hoped for. His jeans look AWESOME... oh, and so does his body! Anyway, I still think maybe his head's a bit off... but I'm done with it. I'm probably going to try some digital stuff with this piece later, see if I can do it right and maybe post a BETTER copy of it when it's done. The Silver Raven was most helpful in directing me where to go with the digital stuff. THANK YOU!!!

Pretty nice (better than the one in your scraps; the proportions are pretty good here). Just a few tips for next time: round out the jaw a little more (I've found that a drawing looks more masculine if the chin is more horizontal at the end), and make the eyes a little smaller (width wise. It seems to be that the width of a mouth is about the same as that of the eyes--from side to side, and ask me to clarify if this isn't making any sense). The hands also look a little small, but the claws and the shirt are *very* nice. Plus for adding the scar (and for having the pants unbuttoned... :blush: ), and the limited color scheme really does add to the picture.

Yeah, the head is a little off, but I'm distracted by, ah, lower things. I definitely thinks it looks better now then as a sketch.
